How to get the most out of the clinical program?Please be involved in our community- we want to build a community of wellness seekers! There will be educational programs and meet ups scheduled throughout the month! We would love to see you there.

How can I contact my provider?Your provider is available to you 24/7 via phone call, text, email or video chat IF NECESSARY. With that said, your provider is a real person who has a family and expects his patients to be respectful of that. Call or text (772) 663-4355 and your provider will get back to you.

Do you offer after hour office visits?Yes! If there is an urgent matter, please contact us right away. If it can wait, please wait for normal business hours.

When are my payment due?Depending on your membership plan, you will be billed immediately for a membership fee, but then monthly thereafter.

How do I make payments?Making payments is easy with Hint Health! Your account will be automatically drafted monthly.

How do I leave a membership program?We would hate to see you go, but you do wish to leave, please give us a 30 day notice as well as fill out the Membership Cancellation Form provided to you by our office staff upon request.

Can I use my insurance with this?You absolutely may use your insurance for radiology imaging, medications, and/or lab testing. The practice WILL NOT be billing your insurance, but you may absolutely still use it.
